Danny Otter has been handling real estate transactions for more than 40 years. He is a founding member of the local real estate association and was the charter president of the home builder's association. Otter has developed numerous properties using earth-friendly techniques before it was popular to do so.  In addition he has renovated hundreds of residential properties and dozens of commercial properties, giving them a new purpose and improving the surrounding neighborhoods.
